Brand Monitoring
Master your clients’ digital footprint.
Brands live everywhere now — in trade titles, regional dailies, broadcast transcripts, blogs and local-language press your clients can’t read themselves. Hizer surfaces every mention as it happens, in any language, with the context already attached.
What you get
Mentions, fully resolved
People, brands, products and organizations are extracted and resolved on every article — so the same brand stays the same brand across spellings, translations and transliterations.
Tone and framing per mention
Each article carries a five-level tone read — from hostile to supportive — plus the topics, events and risk categories around it. So you can sort signal from noise without reading everything.
Real-time, multilingual, source-deep
Coverage across 235,000+ sources in 135 languages, delivered within minutes of publication. Including the regional and trade outlets clients ask about by name.
Where it earns its keep
Reputation and crisis monitoring
Detect tone shifts, sudden coverage spikes and hostile narratives around your clients’ brands and executives — before they become a Monday-morning briefing.
PR measurement and earned media
Quantify pickup of campaigns and announcements across geographies, source types and languages — and tie it back to share of voice and sentiment.
Issues and stakeholder tracking
Follow how specific issues attach themselves to brands, executives and competitors — and track the actors driving the conversation.
Your questions, answered
How quickly do mentions show up?
Articles are ingested and enriched continuously, so brand mentions typically appear within minutes of publication — not on an overnight or hourly batch.
Can we add specific sources clients ask for?
Yes. The source set is open — niche, regional, trade and local-language outlets can be added on request when a client needs coverage of something specific.
How do you avoid false positives on common brand names?
Entities are resolved to canonical identities rather than matched as raw strings, and disambiguated using context. So the same string spelt slightly differently — or shared with another entity — is correctly separated.
How do we plug this into our platform?
Mentions, entities, tone and metadata are exposed via the News API and Firehose, so they can flow directly into your monitoring platform, dashboards or alerting workflows.
